How ReinCloud works
ReinCloud is Reinke’s remote monitoring system, which uses soil and weather moisture sensors to send you real-time data about what’s happening on (and in) the ground. The system can work with your existing irrigation and even offer additional data and control, so your crops will always get just the right amount of water when they need it.
ReinCloud uses an intuitive online interface—if you can operate a smartphone, you’ll be able to take advantage of the system’s many features. It gives you 24/7 access to your irrigation system from anywhere in the world, allowing you to start and stop equipment, and change directions, speed and pump settings for multiple fields. It will also collect historical data and translate that into graphs and reports so you can make educated decisions based on past performance and conditions.
The interface allows you to organize your data and controls by properties, zones and the equipment used, and is guaranteed to preserve your privacy. Reinke never sells data to third parties and makes sure you can take your data with you if you decide to stop using the service.
The RC10 system
The RC10 system is designed to work with just about any pivot irrigation system on the market. Using the ReinCloud interface, it works with both cellular and satellite data so you can access soil moisture and weather data even if you don’t have cell phone service where you are. This is a great option for retrofitting your existing irrigation system to bring it into the 21st century.
The RS300 system
The RS300 system is an “advanced field sensing device” that monitors your field’s moisture and weather sensors, then uses the ReinCloud interface to send that data directly to your phone. It’s powered by a solar panel, which makes it possible to place just about anywhere in your fields without necessitating a power hookup.
